Core Value Sketches
During my tenure at Gitwit, I actively engaged in crafting diverse illustrations and artwork for various purposes, ranging from murals and Christmas gifts to sticker packs and internal materials. Experimenting with different styles and occasionally incorporating digital collages, I've curated a selection of my favorite pieces to showcase in my portfolio. Notably, I created a set of three-dimensional, monochromatic illustrations to symbolize Gitwit's seven core values.
This endeavor involved an inspirational gathering phase, followed by sketching, revision cycles, and ultimately, the development of a vectorized iteration. The hope and intent was to have a visual space on the revised website to accurately showcase what Gitwit builds their internal culture around.

Holiday Gifts & Cards
In 2021, I pitched the concept of crafting a personalized calendar distributed to both the company's internal team and clients as part of their Christmas gifts. Over the course of two years, I organized and assembled a 12-month free-leaf calendar, collaborating with 12 distinct individuals to contribute their unique designs for each month. I actively participated in this project for both years. Additionally, as a festive touch beyond the calendars, I curated and designed custom Christmas card in 2019 that showed of our team, affectionately known as "nitwits."
Sticker Designs
In my initial year at Gitwit, the design team collectively decided to embark on the exciting journey of crafting our first internal sticker pack. This venture aimed to encapsulate the unique culture at Gitwit, featuring personally branded and designed illustrations. This initiative evolved into an annual tradition, with each year bringing forth a fresh and diverse assortment of stickers. Notably, this tradition has expanded to also sending sticker packs to clients as holiday gifts, which they've come to love and look forward to receiving. They've garnered a bit of a cult following!
Each year, a collaborative effort ensues as a group of designers and colleagues engage in brainstorming sessions, sketching, and designing to bring forth new and enjoyable sticker creations.
Notion Banners
Notion, a go-to all-in-one workspace platform, became one of Gitwit's most essential resources. It serves as a centralized hub for storing our brand guide, brand resources, and the Gitwit story. To enhance this space and infuse it with personality, the design team set out on a mission to create distinctive banners and icons to live within all the documentation.
Remaining faithful to the spirit of innovation and thinking beyond the ordinary, each team member, including myself, undertook the task of designing banners with an "out of this world" theme. I personally crafted a series of 10 Notion banner illustrations dedicated to the brand guide and various brand categories.
Social Media Hiring Ads
Over the span of nearly two years, I created distinctive hiring ads for Gitwit's social media, strategically aimed at organically attracting fresh talent and potential new team members, aka "Nitwits." When the pandemic struck, Gitwit's business grew. It had to hire quickly, so the need for quick turnarounds and eye-catching content became crucial to the agency's success.
Recognizing the limitations of a simple template, our team pivoted towards constant innovation. With each new open position, we sought fresh inspiration, steering away from redundancy. This approach resulted in a playful twist on hiring posts, where uniqueness prevailed.
