Hello, I'm Sarah Jones, also known by my maiden name, Fabian.

A Tulsa resident, I initially journeyed from Texas to Oklahoma for my education at Oklahoma State University. Spending five years in Stillwater getting my undergrad, I pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a focus on graphic design, complemented by a minor in studio art. In college, I realized the power of constructively harnessing my creative side. Opting for graphic design, I learned that beyond just visual allure, graphic design is about problem-solving and communication through visual elements. Graduating with this new skillset, I took on a journey to Tulsa in 2019, propelled by a job offer I couldn't resist.

For nearly five years, I worked alongside seasoned creatives in a marketing agency, honing my skills across various disciplines—website design, branding, presentations, print, digital campaigns, and more. This fast-paced environment helped my skillset grow and flourish faster than I could have hoped, and my love for creating grew. I became a versatile designer in the middle of fast-paced projects and collaborative environments. Finding new passions such as illustration design and crafting unique brand assets, I began gravitating towards complete design processes that allowed me to jump in from the ground up. Design always starts with an idea, and being able to explore that fully from beginning to end is a journey I strive to take on.

I grew immensely in this dynamic agency, adapting to the evolving nature of a small yet expanding company. I worked on various diverse projects with different clientele and I learned to juggle projects, shift my mindset, and work constructively across different teams. Still, in October 2023, a shift in my career opened up a new space for me to re-focus on refining my brand, portfolio, and self-presentation as a graphic designer.

Beyond the screen, I find joy as a part-time spin instructor at CycleBar, a hobby I embraced in June 2023. Teaching three weekly classes allows me to infuse creativity and enthusiasm into an energetic environment. Outside the studio, you'll likely catch me working out with my husband or indulging in the latest TV series, often binge-watched at a rapid pace—we're avid pop culture enthusiasts. My husband and I are proud pet parents to Winston, our 5-year-old Australian Shepherd. Named after Winston Bishop from "New Girl," he's a fluffy, loving, charming prince who thrived as my office companion for four years, and hoping to continue his role as an office dog soon.
